01
Important Glazing Notes
-
Wipe your pottery with the damp sponge.
-
Please make sure your hands are clean and not oily.
-
For best results, apply 2–3 thin, even coats of paint.
-
Too much paint can cause firing defects
-
Colours look chalky before firing; that’s normal!

02
Choose Your Supplies
-
Grab your brushes, sponges, stencils, stamps, and design tools from our supply station.
-
Use one brush per colour, or rinse and dry before reusing.
-
Sketch lightly with a pencil. The marks will disappear after firing.
-
Speckle Paints and Squeeze Bottles need one thin coat only.
-
Please keep the needles inside the squeeze bottles to prevent clogging.
03
Pick Your Colours
-
Choose your favourite colours from our paint bar.
-
Paint colours look lighter before firing.
-
Each bottle matches the sample tiles.
-
Please leave the large paint bottles at the paint station.
04
Pickup & Storage
-
Hand-painted ceramics may show natural variations after firing; this is part of the handmade process.
-
Your pottery will usually be ready for pickup in 7–10 days.
-
All finished ceramics will be held for up to 45 days from the day of painting.
-
Please bring your sales receipt for pickup.
