Part-Time Studio Assistant

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests and help them feel comfortable in the studio.

• Assist with pottery painting and answer guests’ questions.

• Support birthday parties, kids night out, workshops, group bookings, and special events.

• Prepare the studio before guests arrive.

• Keep tables, tools, and shared spaces clean and organized throughout the day.

• Help prepare finished pottery for pickup.

• Restock supplies and keep track of what needs replenishing.

• Help with other studio tasks as needed.

• Help with off-site pottery-painting workshops at schools, birthday parties, and other events.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping people, learns quickly, and takes pride in doing a job well.

You should be:

• Friendly and welcoming, with a positive attitude.

• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.

• Hardworking and willing to help wherever needed.

• Able to work independently without constant direction.

• Respectful and professional with guests and teammates.

• Proactive: when you notice something needs doing, you take care of it without waiting to be asked.

Availability

• We’re looking for someone with flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. Shifts will vary depending on studio needs, with occasional additional shifts to help with deliveries or busy days.
