Important Details

• Pottery must be returned within 20 days for glazing and kiln firing.

• Firing usually takes 7–10 days after your piece is returned.

• We’ll contact you when your finished piece is ready for pickup.

• Please make sure your pottery is completely dry before returning it.

• Please use only the paints provided by Glow & Glaze Studio.

• We can only glaze and fire pottery purchased from Glow & Glaze Studio.

• Colours look lighter or chalky before firing — this is normal.

• Final colours may vary slightly after glazing and kiln firing.

Kit Policy

• Glow-to-Go Kits are for at-home pottery painting only.

• Pieces painted with acrylic paint, markers, craft paint, or any outside materials cannot be glazed or kiln-fired.

• Glow & Glaze Studio is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, outside materials, or incorrect painting methods.

• ​Please handle your pottery with care before firing, as unfired pottery is fragile.

• ​We’ll notify you when your masterpiece is ready for pickup.

• Returned pieces are held for 30 days after pickup notification.​
