Looking for a unique and creative way to bring people together? Whether you’re planning a team-building activity, family celebration, friends’ night out, or a private event, our studio offers a relaxed and inspiring environment for groups of all kinds.

We welcome social groups such as school clubs/student associations, school field trips، Guides/Scouts, retirement communities, churches/synagogues.

Book a private session and enjoy 2 hours of ceramic painting with exclusive access to our cozy studio space. Our events are perfect for birthdays, bridal showers, staff socials, and more — no art experience needed!

🎥 Video option available upon request. We’ll professionally film your event and create a 1-minute highlight reel for $60.

• Group Size & Discounts

A minimum of 8 guests is required to book a group event.

Groups with 20 or more participants will automatically receive a 10% discount on pottery items.

• Reservation & Deposit

A $50 (+ HST) room reservation fee is required at the time of booking to secure your private event.

This fee is non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date with at least 72 hours’ notice.

• Time & Schedule

All events include 2 hours of private studio time. You may arrive 15 minutes early for setup.

Extra time may be requested in advance and is subject to availability at a rate of $30 per additional 30 minutes.

• Pottery Pickup

Finished pieces will be glazed and kiln-fired, ready for pickup within 7 days.

Only the event organizer may collect the group’s items for later distribution. Individual pickups are not available for guests.

• Food

You’re welcome to bring your own (non-alcoholic) food and drinks.

• Filming Option

If requested in advance, a 1-minute highlight video of your group session can be created for $60.

• Cancellations

Cancellations with 72 hours’ notice may reschedule to a new date or receive studio credit.

Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice will forfeit the reservation fee.

All payments are final; no refunds will be issued.

• Safety & Studio Guidelines

All paints are non-toxic, water-based, lead-free, and food-safe.

No apron is required; paint washes easily from clothes and skin.

✔️ Piece Selection Flexibility

Guests can choose from a wide selection of pottery items, with prices typically ranging from $25–$40 per piece (plus HST).
